Efektifitas Penkes Pada Kunjungan Rumah Oleh Kader Dalam Meningkatkan Perawatan Bayi Baru Lahir

Abstrak
Masalah utama penyebab kematian pada bayi dan balita terjadi pada masa neonatus    ( bayi baru lahir umur 0-28 hari ) (Kemenkes  2010). Kejadian kematian neonatus sangat di pengaruhi oleh rendahnya pengetahuan keluarga dalam perawatan bayi baru lahir. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan neonatal yaitu dengan melibatkan kader dalam melakukan kunjungan rumah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Jumlah bidan desa yang terdapat di Kecamatan Darul Imarah saat ini adalah 30 orang dan hanya 23 orang yang menetap di desa dan ada 10 desa yang tidak ditempati oleh Bidan sehingga berdampak terhadap kunjungan rumah pada masa nifas yang berakibat terhadap kelangsungan hidup neonatus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendidikan kesehatan pada kunjungan rumah oleh kader dalam meningkatkan perawatan bayi baru lahir di Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar.
Jenis penelitian adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan uji sebelum dan uji setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu nifas yang terdapat di 32 desa dengan jumlah 211 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian masing-masing untuk kelompok intervensi dan kontrol adalah 30 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tehnik purposive sampling dan total populasi. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, paired t-test dan independent t-test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan peningkatan perawatan yang bermakna diantara kedua kelompok. Peningkatan skor perawatan pada kelompok intervensi sesudah dilakukan kunjungan rumah oleh kader disertai pemberian buku saku adalah sebesar 7.3 (p=0,000). Nilai rata-rata skor perawatan pre-test dan post-test responden tentang perawatan bayi baru lahir pada kedua kelompok adalah berbeda, dimana selisih kelompok intervensi dan kontrol sebesar 6.3.
Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi Dinas Kesehatan dan petugas kesehatan di Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk membantu meningkatkan kapasitas dan fungsi pelayanan kesehatan dengan melibatkan kader untuk memberikan perawatan pada masa nifas dan neonatal melalui kunjungan rumah.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
