Analisa Faktor Kejadian Stunting Pada Balita Usia 23-59 Bulan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2020

Aceh menduduki peringkat tiga nasional untuk angka stunting balita, di bawah Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dan Sulawesi Barat (sulbar). Saat ini, urainya, pemerintah gencar mengampanyekan gerakan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Sebab, prevalensi stunting bayi berusia di bawah lima tahun (balita) Indonesia pada 2018 sebesar 30,8%. Berdasarkan laporan dari Puskesmas Padang Tiji Tahun 2018, balita usia 23-59 bulan yang mengalami stunting sebanyak 114 (18,4%) balita sedangkan pada Tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi 138 (20,9%) balita dengan stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kejadian stunting pada anak usia 23-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padangtiji pada tahun 2020.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan case control. Dalam penelitian yang menjadi sampel kontrol adalah balita yang datang ke Posyandu yang dipilih secara acak. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 kasus dan 50 kontrol , yaitu 1:1. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2020 s.d 21 Desember 2020. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square dengan melihat nilai OR dan analisa data menggunakan analisa univariate dan bivariate.
Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara kejadian stunting dengan ASI Eksklusif (P=0.016) (OR=3.071), Berat Badan Lahir (P=0.678), Penyakit Infeksi (P=0,523) dan Jarak kelahiran (P=0.043) (OR=2.421). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah da hubungan antara pemberian ASI Ekslusif dan jarak kelahiran dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 23-59 bulan di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang tiji Tahun 2020. Sarannya diharapkan untuk lebih meningkatkan promosi kesehatan berupa penyuluhan terkait penyebab dan pencegahan stunting guna peningkatan pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting serta pencegahan yang terkait dengan penyakit infeksi dalam menurunkan angka morbiditas yang dapat berdampak menjadi stunting.Â

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
