ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KECEMASAN PADA WANITAPERIMENOPAUSE DI KELURAHAN KARANG BEROMBAK KECAMATAN MEDAN BARAT KOTA MEDAN TAHUN 2020

Perhimpunan dokter kandungan dan ginekolog Kanada (SOGC) sepakat dengan organisasi kesehatan dunia (WHO) dan (NAMS) mendefinisikan perimenopause sebagai dua sampai delapan tahun sebelum menopause dan tahun pertama setelah menstruasi terakhir.Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan pada wanita perimenopause di Kelurahan Karang Berombak Kecamatan Medan Barat Kota Medan. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dan Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penealitian kuantitatif dekriptif analitik. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian 1.294 dan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Analisa data dengan analisa univariat, analisa bivariat menggunakan chi square dan analisa multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia memiliki nilai sig-p 0,089 > 0,05,  pendidikan  sig-p  0,006  <  0,05,  pekerjaan  sig-p  0,788  >  0,05,  kondisi ekonomi sig-p 0,003 < 0,05, gaya hidup sig-p 0,014 < 0,05, pengetahuan sig-p 0,000 < 0,05, sikap sig-p 0,001 < 0,05 dan dukungan suami sig-p 0,006 < 0,05 yang artinya selain variabel pekerjaan dan usia, semua variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecemasan.Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan adalah usia p value sebesar 0,002 (< 0,05), kondisi ekonomi p value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05)dan dukungan suami p value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pengaruh pendidikan, kondisi ekonomi, gaya hidup, pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan suami terhadap kecemasan , sedangkan usia dan pekerjaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecemasan. Diharapkan pada wanita yang akan dan sedang mengalami masa perimenopause dapat merubah pandangan dan mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin untuk menghadapi masa-masa ini.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
