ANALISIS PERILAKU SEKSUAL BERISIKO PADA MAHASISWI PENGHUNI KOS DI KELURAHAN BANDAR SELAMAT KOTA MEDAN TAHUN 2020

Seks berisiko berdampak buruk bagi masa depan seorang mahasiswi. WHO tahun 2019 mencatat 16 juta kehamilan terjadi setiap tahunnya pada remaja dan 95% terjadi di negara berkembang termasuk indonesia. Sedangkan kasus IMS tersebar di seluruh dunia dengan angka 132 juta kasus baru dan rata-rata terjadi pada usia 15-27 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini uUntuk menganalisis perilaku seks berisiko pada mahasiswi penghuni kos di Kelurahan Bandar Selamat tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang kos di Kelurahan Bandar Selamat sebanyak 911 orang, dan diambil sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow didapati 90 orang. Data yang digunakan primer dan diuji dengan uji Chi-Square, dan multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (ï¡=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko mahasiswi penghuni kos yaitu faktor peran lingkungan tempat tinggal (p=0,036), peran teman sebaya (p=0,002), dan peran keluarga (p=0,000). Faktor yang tidak berhubungan yaitu pengetahuan (p=0,093), sikap (p=0,132), kepercayaan diri (p=0,094) penggunaan sosial media (p=1,000). Faktor paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku seks berisiko adalah peran keluarga dengan nilai Exp(B)/OR = 16,265 artinya responden yang menyatakan peran keluarga negatif, berpeluang melakukan perilaku seksual berisiko sebesar 16,2 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan responden yang menyatakan peran keluarga positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran keluarga sebagai faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko. Orang tua yang anaknya kos, agar mengawasi dengan menanyakan keadaan/kondisi anaknya selama tinggal di kos, menanyakan aktivitas belajarnya dan memberikan batasan-batasan yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan oleh anaknya selama tinggal di kos terutama batasan tentang pacaran.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
