Kepatuhan Masyarakat terhadap Pelaksanaan Social Distancing di Puskesmas Mutiara Pidie

Abstrak
Peningkatan jumlah kasus covid-19 berlangsung cukup cepat, dan
menyebar ke berbagai negara dalam waktu singkat. Sampai dengan tanggal 9 Juli 2020, WHO melaporkan 11.84.226 kasus konfirmasi dengan 545.481 kematian di seluruh dunia (Case Fatality Rate/CFR 4,6%). Indonesia melaporkan kasus pertama pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020. Kasus meningkat dan menyebar dengan cepat di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Sampai dengan tanggal 9 Juli 2020 Kementerian Kesehatan melaporkan 70.736 kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 dengan 3.417 kasus meninggal (CFR 4,8%). Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (2020) dalam situs resmi gugus tugas covid-19 mengungkapkan hingga 24 Juli 2020 puku 19.32 wib secara global didunia prevalensi penderita yang terkonfirmasi positif sebanyak 15.12.731 penderita, dengan kematian mencapai 619.150 (4,1%). Di regional Asia Tenggara prevalensi penderita mencapai 1.571.317 penderita dengan angka kematian mencapai 37.203 (2,4%) dimana 46,3% berjenis kelamin perempuan dan 50,6% berjenis kelamin laki- laki. Indonesia sendiri telah dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap 777.100 spesimen, diketahui bahwa kasus terkonfirmasi positif mencapai 95.418 penderita dengan angka kematian mencapai 4.665 (4,9%) dimana sebanyak 470 Kabupaten/ Kota terdampak dengan 189 transmisi lokal.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk analisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan social distancing di Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian bersifat analitik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh masyarakat yang datang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie yang mencakup 19 buah desa dengan jumlah kunjungan ke Puskesmas pada periode Januari-Juni 2021 sebanyak 5216 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis bivariate. Memperolah hasil nilai P = 0.027 (P<0.05), artinya hipotesa alternatif peneliti diterima yaitu ada hubungan yang bermakna pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan social distancing pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie, dan nilai P = 0.011 (P<0.05), artinya hipotesa alternatif peneliti diterima yaitu ada hubungan sikap dengan pelaksanaan social distancing pada masyarakat dan  nilai P = 0.110 (P<0.05), artinya hipotesa alternatif peneliti ditolak yaitu tidak ada hubungan pendidikan dengan pelaksanaan social distancing pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
