Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur Handover, Komunikasi Teraupetik dan Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan Tahun 2021

Keselamatan pasien merupakan prinsip dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang memandang bahwa keselamatan merupakan hak bagi setiap pasien dalam menerima pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penatalaksaan standar operasional prosedur handover, komunikasi terapeutik, dan lingkungan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan. Jenis penelitian metode kuantitatif merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat, chi square dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara evaluasi penatalaksaan standar operasional prosedur handover terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 18,125 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,410, hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 7,138 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,255, hubungan antara kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 5,571 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,120. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara management evaluasi standar operasional prosedur handover, antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan lingkungan kesehatan rumah sakit dan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan.

Patient safety is a basic principle of health services which views that safety is the right of every patient in receiving health services. The study aimed to determine the evaluation of the management of standard operating procedures for handover, therapeutic communication, and environment health on patient satisfaction at Haji Hospital Medan. The research was quantitatively analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The stuay population was 52 patients in Haji Hospital. All were taken as the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used bivariate analysis, chi-square and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were based on the relationship between evaluation of the standard operational management of handover procedures on patient satisfaction with p-value 0.000<.05, OR value = 18.125 and regression coefficient value .410; nurse therapeutic communication relationship to patient satisfaction with p-value .000<.05, OR value = 7.138 and regression coefficient value .255; The relationship between hospital environment health and patient satisfaction with p-value 0.000<.05, OR value = 5.571 and regression coefficient value .120. The conclusion showed there was a relationship between evaluating the management of standard operational procedures handover, between nurse therapeutic communication and environment health hospital, and patient satisfaction at Haji Hospital Medan.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
