Hubungan Empat Terlalu (4-T) dengan Riwayat Persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mon Geudong Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe

Empat Terlalu (4-T) adalah terlalu muda usia ibu < 20 tahun, terlalu tua usia ibu > 35 tahun, terlalu dekat jarak kehamilan atau persalinannya < dari 2 tahun, dan terlalu banyak jumlah anak > 4 (BKKBN, 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Empat Terlalu (4-T) di Puskesmas Mon Geudong Kota Lhokseumawe maka dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu nifas di Puskesmas Mon Geudong yang berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total populasi, penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 12 Juni sampai 14 Juni tahun 2021. Analisa data digunakan uji chi square. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner yang berisi 5 pertanyaan. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan bantuan sistem komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu responden yang tidak termasuk Empat Terlalu (4-T) sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%), riwayat persalinan normal 16 orang (53,3%). Hasil didapati ada hubungan Empat Terlalu (4-T) dengan riwayat persalinan di Puskesmas Mon Geudong Kota Lhokseumawe menunjukkan bahwa analisa statistik menggunakan chi square test didapatkanÂ Ï value = 0,000 yang berarti Ï < α, yang berarti ada hubungan Empat Terlalu (4-T) dengan riwayat persalinan di Puskesmas Mon Geudong bermakna Ha diterima. Diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi ibu-ibu agar lebih meningkatkan keinginan untuk lebih aktif lagi mendapatkan informasi dan melakukan pemeriksaan penunjang guna menghindari risiko dari empat terlalu yang berdampak bagi proses kehamilan dan persalinan.

Four Too (4-T) is too young for the mother < 20 years old, too old for the mother > 35 years old, too close in pregnancy or delivery < 2 years, and too many children > 4 (BKKBN, 2020). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Four Too (4-T) at the Mon Geudong Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, so this research was carried out. This research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mon Geudong Health Center, which amounted to 30 people, with a total population sampling technique, the study was carried out from June 12 to June 14 2021. Data analysis used chi square test. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing 5 questions. Furthermore, the data is processed with the help of a computerized system. The results of the study were 19 people (63.3%), a history of normal delivery 16 people (53.3%). The results found that there was a relationship of Four Too (4-T) with a history of childbirth at the Mon Geudong Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, showing that statistical analysis using the chi square test obtained value = 0.000 which means Ï < α , which means there is a relationship of Four Too (4-T) with a history of childbirth at the Mon Geudong Health Center means that Ha is accepted. It is hoped that this can be an input for mothers to increase their desire to be more active in obtaining information and carrying out supporting examinations to avoid the risk of four too many which have an impact on the process of pregnancy and childbirth.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
