Survey Dampak Pernikahan Dini terhadap Aspek Sosial, Kesiapan Kehamilan, dan Kesehatan Remaja Putri di Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak (P2TP2A) Kota Banda Aceh

Sebanyak 16 juta remaja perempuan yang melahirkan setiap tahun diperkirakan 90 % sudah menikah dan 50 ribu diantaranya telah meninggal. Selain itu adanya resiko terjadinya kematian ibu dan dan kematian bayi yang baru lahir 50 % lebih tinggi pada usia kurang dari 20 tahun. Data Riskesdas (2010), perempuan muda di Indonesia dengan interval usia 10-14 tahun yang telah menikah terdapat sebanyak 0.2 persen. Untuk mengetahui tentang dampak pernikahan dini pada pada remaja putri di Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak(P2TP2A)Â Kota Banda Aceh. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi (pengamatan), wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara. Informan yang diwawancarai sebanyak 6 informan. Hasil: Dampak sosial diantaranya faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini yaitu faktor pergaulan bebas, ekonomi, keinginan sendiri dan budaya. Hubungan dalam keluarga maupun hubungan di masyarakat sekitar seperti tetangga ada yang harmonis dan kurang harmonis. Dampak psikologi diantaranya belum siap dalam menghadapi kehamilan pertama. Masalah yang terjadi dalam keluarga yaitu masalah ekonomi dan adat, dan dapat. Dampak pada kesehatan pada remaja putri kehamilan dapat terjadi hiperemesis dan anemia, pada persalinan dapat terjadi dengan bantuan alat, dan kondisi anak saat lahir dapat terjadi BBLR dan dampak tidak memperoleh ASI Eksklusif. Pernikahan dini dapat berdampak pada sosial , dan berdampak pada kesehatan pada remaja putri.

As many as 16 million adolescent girls who give birth each year, an estimated 90% are married and 50 thousand of them have died. In addition, there is a 50% higher risk of maternal mortality and newborn mortality at the age of less than 20 years (WHO, 2012), young women in Indonesia with an age interval of 10-14 years who are married are as much as 0.2 percent. To find out about the impact of early marriage on young women at the Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A) Banda Aceh City. Research Methods: This study used a qualitative research design. Data collection techniques This research uses observation (observation), in-depth interviews, and documentation. The measuring instrument used is an interview guide. There were 6 informants interviewed. Results: Social impacts include factors that cause early marriage, namely promiscuity, economic factors, own desires and culture. Relationships in the family as well as relationships in the surrounding community such as neighbors are harmonious and less harmonious. Psychological impacts include not being ready to face the first pregnancy. Problems that occur in the family are economic and customary problems, and can. The impact on health in adolescent girls during pregnancy can occur hyperemesis and anemia, delivery can occur with the help of a device, and the condition of the child at birth can occur LBW and the impact of not getting exclusive breastfeeding. Early marriage can have a social impact, and have an impact on the health of young women.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
