Hubungan Penggunaan Smartphone Terhadap Waktu Tidur dan Ketajaman Penglihatan Mata Pada Anak Usia 8 Sampai Dengan 9 Tahun di SDN 27 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen

Pengaruh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sudah semakin berkembang tanpa disadari sangat mempengaruhi setiap aspek kehidupan manusia. Indonesia adalah Negara pengguna internet terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Internet di Indonesia saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer untuk para penggunanya, perkembangan sosial media juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting. Usia anak merupakan masa pertumbuhan, jika terlalu lama menggunakan gadget bisa berpengaruh pada penglihatan. Dampak penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan menyebabkan mata lelah. Selain itu, efek radiasi gadget juga berpengaruh besar pada saraf mata kalau sudah terkena retina berbahaya. Metode penelitian adalah survey deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui jawaban kuisioner yang di berikan oleh responden dan hasil dari pemeriksaan visus mata. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukkan hubungan pengguna smartphone dengan jam tidur <8 jam sebanyak 17 orang (94.4%) dan hubungan penggunaan smartphone dengan Ketajaman penglihatan sebanyak 11 orang (100%). Kesimpulan adalah berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan simpulan bahwa siswa-siswi yang menggunakan smartphone menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin yang paling dominan adalah perempuan (68%) sedangkan laki-laki (32%). Dan persentase yang menggunakan smartphone adalah sebesar (96%) dan yang tidak menggunakan hanya (4%). Berdasarkan tabel diatas terdapat hasil yang menunjukkan jam tidur anak <8 jam sebanyak 60% dan jam tidur ≥8 jam sebanyak 40%. Hubungan pengguna smartphone dengan jam tidur <8 jam sebanyak 17 orang (94.4%). Hal ini berarti ada hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone dengan jam tidur anak dimana P value (0.001) < α (0.05).  Hasil yang didapatkan tentang hubungan penggunaan smartphone dengan Ketajaman penglihatan sebanyak 11 orang (100%). Hal ini berarti ada hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone dengan Ketajaman penglihatan dimana P value (0.013) < α (0.05).

The influence of information and communication technology has been growing without realizing it greatly affects every aspect of human life. Indonesia is the largest internet user country in Southeast Asia. The internet in Indonesia has now become a primary need for its users, the development of social media is also an important factor. Children's age is a period of growth, if you use gadgets for too long it can affect your eyesight. The impact of excessive use of gadgets causes eye fatigue. In addition, the radiation effect of gadgets also has a major effect on the nerves of the eye if it is exposed to dangerous retinas. The research method is a descriptive survey with a cross sectional approach. The data obtained from this study are primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents through the answers to questionnaires given by respondents and the results of eye vision examinations. The results showed the relationship between smartphone users and sleep hours <8 hours was 17 people (94.4%) and the relationship between smartphone use and visual acuity was 11 people (100%). The conclusion is based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is concluded that students who use smartphones indicate that the most dominant gender is female (68%) while male (32%). And the percentage who use smartphones is (96%) and those who don't use only (4%). Based on the table above, there are results that show that 60% of children's sleep hours <8 hours are 8 hours and 40% are 8 hours. The relationship between smartphone users and sleeping hours < 8 hours was 17 people (94.4%). This means that there is a relationship between smartphone use and children's sleep hours where P value (0.001) < (0.05). The results obtained regarding the relationship between smartphone use and visual acuity were 11 people (100%). This means that there is a relationship between smartphone use and visual acuity where P value (0.013) < (0.05).

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
