Hubungan Stres Kerja Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja di Inkubator Bisnis Dan Teknologi (IBT) UTU

Kelelahan kerja menunjukan keadaan seseorang yang melibatkan mental dan fisik sehingga memiliki perbedaan, hingga menurunnya produktivitas dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Kelelahan kerja juga bisa diartikan sebagai kejadian dimana seseorang menderita kelelahan fisik, mental serta emosional yang terjadi, dikarenakan stress yang sedang terjadi pada individu adalah dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Sedangkan stres kerja adalah keadaan terhadap kondisi tubuh terhadap tekanan serta tuntutan pekerjaan diluar batas kemampuan seorang pekerja memiliki, maupun faktor fisik dan lingkungan sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di Inkubator Bisni dan Teknologi (IBT), Universitas Teuku Umar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 30 pekerja. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja yang dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square Test mendapatkan nilai Pvalue  sebesar 0,03, sehingga nilai Pvalue < 0,05. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan kelelahan kerja dengan stres kerja pada pekerja di Inkubator Bisnis dan Teknologi, Universitas Teuku Umar.

Work fatigue shows a person's condition that involves mental and physical so that they have differences, resulting in decreased productivity in doing work. Work fatigue can also be interpreted as an event where a person suffers from physical, mental and emotional fatigue that occurs, because the stress that is happening to the individual is in the long term. While work stress is a condition of the body's condition against pressure and work demands beyond the limits of a worker's ability to have, as well as physical and environmental factors that can interfere with work activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and job burnout among workers at the Business and Technology Incubator (IBT), Teuku Umar University. This research uses quantitative research methods with approach cross sectional. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 workers. Based on the results of work stress research with work fatigue which was carried out with the Chi Square Test, the Pvalue  was 0.03, so the Pvalue <0.05. Based on the results of this study, there is a relationship between work fatigue and work stress on workers at the Business and Technology Incubator, Teuku Umar University.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
