Hubungan Motivasi Pimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Staf di Puskesmas Sibande Kecamatan Sitellu Tali Urang Jehe Tahun 2021

Setiap organisasi pasti selalu mengupayakan berbagai cara untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan organisasi tersebut. Dalam mencapai tujuan diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berperan aktif sebagai penggerak dalam suatu organisasi karena sumber daya manusia merupakan otak yang dapat merencanakan serta melakukan kegiatan organisasi sehingga sebagai penentu dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja staf di Puskesmas Sibande Kecamatan Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi analitik (penelitian analitik) dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 43 orang sampel dengan total sampling. Ada hubungan prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, supervise, kondisi kerja, organisasi kerja dan hubungan interpersonal terhadap kinerja staf di Puskesmas Sibande Kecamatan Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe Tahun 2021. Faktor  yang paling dominan mempengaruhi dominan mempengaruhi kinerja staf di Puskesmas Sibande Kecamatan Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe Tahun 2021. di Puskesmas Sibande adalah faktor supervisi. Saran agar meningkatkan usaha promotif kesehatan yang rutin dan berkesinambungan,agar staf memiliki kinerja yang baik terutama melakukan supervise setiap hari dan untuk Puskesmas Sibande sendiri, agar memperkuat struktur organisasi bekerja sesuai dengan SOP sehingga hasil kerja yang dicapai baik.

Every organization must always seek various ways to achieve the desired goals of the organization. In achieving the goal, human resources are needed who play an active role as a driver in an organization because human resources are the brains that can plan and carry out organizational activities so that they are decisive in realizing organizational goals. Research Objectives To determine the relationship between motivation and staff performance at the Sibande Public Health Center, Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe District in 2021. This study was an analytic correlation study (analytic research) with a cross sectional research design. The population is 43 samples with total sampling. There is a relationship between work performance, responsibility, supervision, working conditions, work organization and interpersonal relationships on the performance of staff at the Sibande Health Center, Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe Subdistrict in 2021. The most dominant factor influencing the performance of the staff at the Sibande Health Center, Sitellu Tali Urang Jahe Subdistrict, in 2021. at the Sibande Health Center is the supervision factor. Suggestions to improve routine and continuous health promotion efforts, so that staff have good performance, especially supervise every day and for the Sibande Health Center itself, in order to strengthen the organizational structure to work in accordance with SOPs so that the work achieved is good.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
