Faktor Risiko Kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Menggamat Kecamatan Kluet Tengah Kabupaten Aceh Selatan

Masalah gizi pada kehamilan sering dikenal sebagai Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK). KEK merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami kekurangan gizi yaitu kalori dan protein yang berlangsung secara menahun dengan tanda gejala berat badan kurang dari 40 kg dan tampak kurus dengan lingkat lengan atas < 23.5 cm. Indikator prevalensi ibu hamil kurang energi kronik (KEK) juga mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan, yaitu 24,2% tahun 2013 menjadi 17,3% tahun 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Menggamat Kecamatan Kluet Tengah Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil trimester I dan II yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Menggamat Kecamatan Kluet Tengah Kabupaten Aceh Selatan sebanyak 40 responden, sampel penelitian ini diambil secara total populasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan pengumpulan data secara membagikan kuesioner yang telah dilaksanakan tanggal 20 Juni sampai dengan 5 Juli 2022. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel pengetahuan (p value=0.040), umur ibu (p value=0.399), pendidikan (p value=1.000), pekerjaan (p value=0.686), aktifitas fisik (p value=0.686). Kesimpulan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil dan tidak ada hubungan umur ibu, pendidikan, pekerjaan, aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Menggamat Kecamatan Kluet Tengah Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.

Nutritional problems in pregnancy are often known as Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK). KEK is a condition in which a person experiences nutritional deficiencies, namely calories and protein that lasts for a long time with signs and symptoms of body weight less than 40 kg and looks thin with an upper arm circumference of < 23.5 cm. The prevalence indicator of chronic energy deficient pregnant women (KEK) also decreased significantly, from 24.2% in 2013 to 17.3% in 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in women. pregnant in the working area of the Menggamat Health Center, Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency. The research is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the first and second trimesters who were in the working area of the Menggamat Health Center, Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency, as many as 40 respondents, the sample of this study was taken as a total population. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data collection by distributing questionnaires which had been carried out from June 20 to July 5, 2022. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study obtained variables of knowledge (p value = 0.040), maternal age (p value = 0.399), education (p value = 1,000), occupation (p value = 0.686), physical activity (p value = 0.686). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women and there is no relationship between maternal age, education, occupation, physical activity with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women in the work area of the Menggamat Health Center, Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
