Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Imunisasi Dasar Pada Bayi Baru Lahir di Ruangan Bayi RSU. Bina Kasih Medan Sunggal Tahun 2021

Berdasarkan data tahun 2019 imunisasi dasar lengkap di Indonesia terdapat jumlah sebesar 93,7%. Angka ini sudah memenuhi target Renstra tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 93%. Sedangkan menurut provinsi, terdapat 15 provinsi yang mencapai target Renstra tahun 2019. Diketahui bahwa seluruh bayi di Provinsi Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, DI Yogyakarta, dan Jawa Tengah telah mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Sedangkan provinsi dengan capaian terendah yaitu Aceh (50,9%). Tujuan pemberian imunisasi adalah untuk memberikan kekebalan kepada bayi agar dapat mencegah penyakit dan kematian bayi serta anak yang disebabkan oleh penyakit yang sering berjangkit. Penelitian ini di lakukan di RSU Bina Kasih Medan Sunggal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Imunisasi Dasar Pada Bayi Baru Lahir. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini ibu dari bayi baru lahir sebanyak 38 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 38 ibu dari bayi baru lahir dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Analisis dari data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara umur ibu dengan P value < 0,046, pendidikan ibu dengan P value < 0,025, pengetahuan ibu dengan P value < 0,017, dukungan keluarga terhadap keberhasilan imunisasi dengan P value < 0,037. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan untuk para orang tua dari bayi baru lahir atau saat masa kehamilan menjelang melahirkan banyak mempelajari hal-hal yang khususnya diberikan kepada bayi baru lahir agar lebih memahami dan mengerti tentang apa yang baik yang diberikan ke bayi terutama hal tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap.

In 2019, complete basic immunization in Indonesia was 93.7%. This figure has met the 2019 Strategic Plan target of 93%. Meanwhile, by province, there were 15 provinces that achieved the 2019 Strategic Plan target. It is known that all infants in the provinces of Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Java, South Sumatra, Jambi, DI Yogyakarta, and Central Java have received complete basic immunization. Meanwhile, the province with the lowest achievement was Aceh (50.9%). The purpose of immunization is to provide immunity to infants in order to prevent illness and death of infants and children caused by frequent infectious diseases. This research was conducted at RSU Bina Kasih Medan Sunggal. The purpose of this study was to look at the factors that influence the success of basic immunization in newborns. The approach method used is analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study were 38 mothers of newborns. The research sample consisted of 38 mothers of newborns with total sampling technique. Analysis of the data using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age with P value < 0.046, maternal education with P value < 0.025, mother's knowledge with P value < 0.017, family support for immunization success with P value < 0.037. The suggestion from this research is that it is hoped that parents of newborns or during pregnancy before giving birth learn a lot of things that are especially given to newborns in order to better understand and understand what is good for babies, especially about basic immunizations. complete.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
