Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Pekerja Pengangkut Kayu di Penggergajian Kayu CV. Citra Saur Samosir Tahun 2021

Pengangkutan kayu merupakan kegiatan memindahkan kayu dari tempat tebangan sampai tujuan akhir yaitu tempat penimbunan kayu langsung ke konsumen. Jenis kecelakaan kerja yang dialami sebagai berikut : tergores kayu, terjepit kayu dan tertimpa kayu, penyebab kecelakaan kerja tersebut disebabkan oleh kecerobohan pekerja dan disebabkan oleh pekerja yang tergesa-gesa. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja pengangkut kayu di penggergajian kayu CV. Citra Saur. Metode penelitian Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriftif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di Cv Citra Saur Samosir dengan jumlah 30 orang pekerja dengan menggunakan teknik Total sampling. Hasil mayoritas responden memiliki lama bekerja sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%), dan alat pelindung diri yang tidak menggunakan sebanyak 21 orang (70%). Berdasarkan uji chi-square didapatkan tidak ada hubungan usia dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pengangkut kayu di cv citra saur samosir tahun 2021 dengan nilai p=0,136 (p>0,05), Tidak ada hubungan lama bekerja dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pengangkut kayu di cv citra saur samosir tahun 2021 dengan nilai p=0,713 (p>0,05), dan Tidak ada hubungan perilaku tenaga kerja dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pengangkut kayu di cv citra saur samosir tahun 2021 dengan nilai p=0,690 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan Ada hubungan alat pelindung diri dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pengangkut kayu.

Timber transportation is the activity of moving wood from the logging site to the final destination, namely the wood stockpile directly to the consumer. The types of work accidents experienced were as follows: scratched by wood, pinched by wood and crushed by wood, the cause of the work accident was caused by the carelessness of workers and caused by workers who were in a hurry. The purpose of the study was to find out what factors were associated with the incidence of work accidents in wood-carrying workers at sawmills CV. Image Saur. Research method This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all workers at Cv. Image Saur Samosir with a total of 30 workers using total sampling technique. The results of the majority of respondents having worked long hours as many as 13 people (43.3%), and personal protective equipment that did not use as many as 21 people (70%). Based on the chi-square test, it was found that there was no relationship between age and work accidents on wood transporters in CV. Image Saur Samosir in 2021 with a value of p = 0.136 (p>0.05), There was no relationship between length of work and work accidents on wood transporters in CV. Image Saur samosir in 2021 with p value = 0.713 (p> 0.05), and there is no relationship between labor behavior and work accidents on wood transporters in cv images of saur samosir in 2021 with p = 0.690 (p> 0.05). Conclusion There is a relationship between personal protective equipment and work accidents on wood transporters.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
