Studi Crossectional Status Gizi Remaja Putri di SMAN 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Masalah yang sering terjadi pada remaja yang mengalami pubertas salah satunya terkait dengan status gizi. Remaja putri termasuk kelompok yang rentan mengalami masalahan gizi yang dapat diakibatkan oleh diet yang ketat, kebiasaan makan yang buruk, gaya hidup (life style), penyakit infeksi, penilaian pada diri sendiri (citra tubuh), aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan, kualitas tidur serta pengetahuan tentang gizi yang seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan durasi tidur dengan status gizi remaja putri di SMAN 1 Baitussalam. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain crosssectional study, populasi adalah remaja putri berjumlah 232 orang kemudian sampel dikecilkan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error 10% Â sehingga sampel menjadi 70 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 02 s/d 16 Desember 2022. Analisa data ini menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan bantuan komputerisasi nilai kemaknaan (a) 0,05 dengan nilai keyakinan 0,95. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara durasi tidur (p value 0,009) dan pola makan (p value 0,01) dengan status gizi remaja putri di SMAN 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

One of the problems that often occur in adolescents who are experiencing puberty is related to nutritional status. Adolescent girls are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems which can be caused by strict diets, poor eating habits, lifestyle, infectious diseases, self-assessment (body image), physical activity carried out, sleep quality and knowledge. about balanced nutrition. This study aims to determine the relationship between sleep duration and nutritional status of young women at SMAN 1 Baitussalam. This research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design, the population is 232 young women, then the sample is reduced using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% so that the sample becomes 70 people. The research was conducted from 02 to 16 December 2022. This data analysis used the Chi Square statistical test with the help of a computerized significance value (a) of 0.05 with a confidence value of 0.95. The results showed that there was a relationship between sleep duration (p value 0.009) and diet (p value 0.01) with the nutritional status of young women at SMAN 1 Baitussalam, Aceh Besar District.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
