Hubungan Pengetahuan Diet Dan Dukungan Sosial Dengan Medikasi Pada Agregate Dewasa Dengan Diabetes Mellitus

Kepatuhan dalam pengobatan diabetes melitus sangat penting karena dapat memastikan keberhasilan pengobatan dengan mengontrol kadar gula darah dengan baik. Sangat penting untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga atau orang lain untuk kepatuhan dalam menjalani terapi pengobatan, karena kepatuhan obat tergantung pada individu masing-masing. Banyak penderita yang dari tahun ke tahun kehilangan semangat untuk minum obat mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan tentang diet berkorelasi dengan kepatuhan medikasi pada individu dewasa yang menderita diabetes mellitus. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional adalah jenisnya. Data dikumpulkan dari tanggal 2 hingga 20 Juni 2022. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 individu dengan diabetes mellitus yanag. Data primer digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis univariat dan bivariat, serta tes chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan diet (p=0,011) dan dukungan sosial (p=0,000) dengan kepatuhan medikasi. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan diet dan dukungan social dengan kepatuhan medikasi pada agregat dewasa. Diharapkan kepada penderita diabetes melilltus dewasa untuk mengikutsertakan keluarga dalam pengobatan, dan dapat menjalankan prohram manajemen diet dengan baik, sehingga dapat menjalankan pengobatan baik secara medis maupun pola hidup.

Compliance in undergoing treatment of diabetes mellitus is very important because it can support the success of therapy in the form of controlling blood sugar levels. Adherence to taking medication depends on each individual, many sufferers who from year to year are enthusiastic about taking medication have decreased, for that family or other people's support is very important for adherence in undergoing treatment therapy. This study aims to determine the relationship between dietary knowledge and medication adherence in the aggregate of adults with diabetes mellitus. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. Data collection was carried out on 2 to 20 June 2022. The population of this study was all people with diabetes mellitu amounting to people with total sampling method. Data collection using primary data. Analysis using chi square test, univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a relationship between dietary knowledge (p=0.011) and social support (p=0.000) with medication adherence. it can be concluded that there is a relationship between dietary knowledge and social support with medication adherence in the adult aggregate. It is hoped that adults with diabetes mellitus will involve their families in treatment, and be able to carry out the diet management program properly, so that they can carry out treatment both medically and lifestyle.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
