Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Perilaku IbuTerhadap Pelaksanaan Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Di Puskesmas Lampahan Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Benar Meriah Tahun 2022

Kanker serviks adalah suatu proses keganasan yang terjadi pada leher rahim, sehingga jaringan di sekitarnya tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Keadaan tersebut biasanya disertai dengan adanya perdarahan dan pengeluaran cairan vagina yang abnormal, penyakit ini dapat terjadi berulang-ulang. Perilaku kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor utama, yakni faktor predisposisi (predisposing factor), faktor pemungkin (enabling factor), dan faktor pendorong (reinforcing factor). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Perilaku Ibu Terhadap Pelaksanaan Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Di Di Puskesmas Lampahan Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Bener Meriah Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik, populasi penelitian adalah wanita usia subur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dan analisa data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan test IVA pada wanita usia subur (WUS) di Puskesmas Lampahan Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Bener Meriah Tahun 2022 dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Ada hubungan sikap deteksi dini kanker leher rahim dengan test IVA pada wanita usia subur (WUS) di Puskesmas Lampahan Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Bener Meriah Tahun 2022dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.

Cervical cancer is a malignant process that occurs in the cervix, so that the surrounding tissue cannot carry out its functions as it should. This situation is usually accompanied by bleeding and abnormal vaginal discharge, this disease can occur repeatedly. Health behavior is influenced by 3 main factors, namely predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors.This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge level and mother's behavior towards the implementation of early detection of cervical cancer at the Lampahan Health Center, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency in 2022. This type of research was analytic observational, the study population was women of childbearing age. Data collection uses primary and secondary data and univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and the IVA test in women of childbearing age (WUS) at the Lampahan Health Center, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency in 2022 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between the attitude of early detection of cervical cancer and the IVA test in women of childbearing age (WUS) at the Lampahan Health Center, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency in 2022 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
