Analisis Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kontrasepsi Pada Wus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Sigli

Salah satu program pembangunan yang telah dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah kependudukan tersebut adalah melalui program keluarga berencana. Upaya penurunan angka kelahiran dilakukan dengan cara pemakaian kontrasepsi secara sukarela kepada pasangan usia subur. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dipaparkan dalam latar belakang, peneliti melihat masih banyak penurunan pada pemanfaatan pelayanan kontrasepsi dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yaitu; regulasi, ekonomi, pengetahuan, jarak atau akses tempat pelayanan kontrasepsi, pelayanan kesehatan, dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan pelayanan KB serta hambatan-hambatan yang dialami oleh WUS yang sudah menikah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview dan FGD. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kota Sigli, Desa Blok Bengkel, Blok Sawah dan Desa Tanjong Krueng. Data dianalis secara manual. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang petugas KIA, 2 bidan desa, dan 17 WUS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan kontrasepsi di Puskesmas Kota Sigli sudah berjalan dengan baik. Jenis alat kontrasepsi yang banyak digunakan oleh WUS yaitu suntik. Pelayanan kontrasepsi yang sering dimanfaatkan WUS yaitu Puskesmas. Sarana dan prasarana seperti poster,leaflet disediakan oleh Puskesmas. Pengetahuan WUS tentang kontrasepsi sudah baik. Bagi WUS yang mendapatkan pelayanan kontrasepsi di tempat praktek swasta harus bayar.

One of the development programs that have been implemented to address this population problem is through the family planning program. Efforts to reduce the birth rate are carried out by voluntarily using contraception for couples of childbearing age. Based on the description that has been presented in the background, the researchers see that there is still a large decline in the use of contraceptive services due to several factors, namely; regulation, economy, knowledge, distance or access to contraceptive services, health services, and time. the aim of the study was to find out the use of family planning services and the obstacles
experienced by married WUS. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a phenomenological design. This research was conducted at the Sigli City Health Center, Blok Bengkel Village, Sawah Block and Tanjong Krueng Village. Then the collected data was summarized, analyzed manually. The informants in this study consisted of 1 MCH officer, 2Â
village midwives, and 17 WUS. The results of the study showed that contraceptive services at the Sigli City Health Center were running well. The type of contraception that is widely used
by WUS is injection. Contraceptive services that are often used by WUS are Puskesmas. Facilities and infrastructure such as posters, leaflets are provided by the Puskesmas. WUS knowledge about contraception is good. Obstacles in terms of regulation, namely the husband does. WUS who get contraception services in private practice must pay.

II. PERMISSION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
