The health of adolescents plays a crucial role in shaping a healthier future. However, modern adolescents encounter challenges maintaining healthy dietary patterns and physical activity. The need for health promotion programs among adolescents is increasingly pressing to provide support in overcoming these obstacles during their school years. This study aims to assess changes in behavior related to healthy eating and physical activity while also evaluating adolescents' knowledge of health issues. This quantitative study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one- group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study consisted of the entire population, totaling 73 students from grades 2 and 3 at Negeri 3 High School in West Aceh Regency. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Non-Parametric Test. The research findings indicate a difference in behavioral and knowledge variables before and after the Promotion of Healthy Eating and Physical Activity in Adolescents, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.005). Health promotion programs for adolescents, such as promoting healthy eating and physical activity, should be implemented by comprehensively integrating them into the school and community environments.
