Hubungan Komunikasi Verbal Dan Non Verbal Bidan Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang Kia/Kb Puskesmas Langsa Timur

Latar Belakang : Pasien sering kali menuntut pelayanan yang paripurna. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan teknik medis semata tidak cukup untuk memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan pesien. Komunikasi efektif mencakup komunikasi verbal efektif dan non verbal efektif. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal bidan dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang KIA/KB Puskesmas Langsa Timur tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan dari tanggal tanggal 02 Juni s/d 12 Juli 2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung ke Ruang KIA/KB Puskesmas Langsa Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil : Hasil penelitian terhadap 43 responden mayoritas tidak puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Langsa Timur sebanyak 27 responden (62,8%). Hasil penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara komunikasi verbal dan non verbal bidan dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Langsa Timur tahun 2022 yang menghasilkan p-value (Continuity Correction) = 0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : Peneliti menyarankan kepada bidan agar meningkatkan kesadaran dalam melakukan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal kepada pasien dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan pasien untuk meningkatkan dan menciptakan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kebidanan yang diberikan.

Background: Patients often demand complete service. The fact shows that medical engineering skills alone are not enough to provide satisfying services. Effective communication includes effective verbal and non-verbal communication effectively. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between verbal and non-verbal midwife communication and the satisfaction of patients in the KIA / KB Room of Langsa Timur Health Center in 2022. Method: This study is analytical with a cross sectional approach carried out from June 2 to July 12, 2022. The population of this study were all patients who visited the KIA / KB Puskesmas Langsa Timur Room. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling technique. Results: The results of the study on 43 majority respondents were dissatisfied with health services at the Langsa Timur Health Center as many as 27 respondents (62.8%). The results of this study also concluded that there was a relationship between verbal and non-verbal midwife communication and patient satisfaction at the Langsa Timur Health Center in 2022 which resulted in a p-value (Continuity Correction) = 0,000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Researchers suggest that midwives increase awareness in verbal and non-verbal communication to patients in an effort to meet the needs of patients to improve and create patient satisfaction with the midwifery services provided.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
