Pengaruh Senam Hamil Terhadap Nyeri Punggung Pada Ibu Hamil di RS Nurul Hasanah Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2023

Nyeri punggung bawah (Low Back Pain) adalah suatu sindroma nyeri yang terjadi pada region punggung bagian bawah sebagaiakibat dari pengaruh gravitasi tubuh yang berpindah ke depan. Gangguan ini ditemukan pada ibu hamil. Faktor predisposisi nyeri punggung meliputi pertumbuhan uterus yang menyebabkan perubahan postur, penambahan berat badan, pengaruh hormon relaksin terhadap ligamen, riwayat nyeri punggung terdahulu, paritas dan aktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap nyeri punggu pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest dan posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hasil trimester III Rs Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Tahun 2023. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik Purpossive Sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil pre test mayoritas responden memiliki Nyeri Sedang sebanyak 17 responden (53,1%), sedangkan dari hasil post test mayoritas Nyeri Ringan sebanyak 19 responden (59,4%). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai P = 0,002, dimana 0,002 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil yang mengalami ibu hamil Rs Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Tahun 2023. Disimpulkan senam hamil berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri ibu hamil yang mengalami nyeri punggung sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Bagi responden agar dapat memanfaatkan senam hamil untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung selama hamil sebagai salah satu cara nonfarmakologi yang aman dan mudah untuk diaplikasikan dirumah.

Low back pain (Low Back Pain) is a pain syndrome that occurs in the lower back region as a result of the influence of the body's gravity moving forward. This disorder is found in pregnant women. Predisposing factors for back pain include uterine growth which causes changes in posture, weight gain, the influence of the relaxin hormone on ligaments, previous history of back pain, parity and activity. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on back pain in pregnant women. This research is a quasi-experiment research with a one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were mothers from the third trimester of Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital in 2023. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the total sample was 32 people. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that from the pre-test results the majority of respondents had moderate pain, 17 respondents (53.1%), while from the post-test results, the majority had mild pain, 19 respondents (59.4%). The results of data analysis show the P value = 0.002, where 0.002 < 0.05. This shows that the treatment has an effect on reducing the intensity of back pain in pregnant women who experience pregnant women at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital in 2023. It was concluded that pregnancy exercise had an effect on reducing the pain intensity of pregnant women who experienced back pain so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Respondents can use pregnancy exercises to reduce back pain during pregnancy as a non-pharmacological method that is safe and easy to apply at home.

II. PERMISSION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
