Hubungan Kualitas ANC dengan Kunjungan K4 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2021

Latar Belakang Salah satu tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan SDGs dicanangkan pemerintah adalah memastikan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan bagi semua penduduk pada setiap tahap kehidupan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi serta kesehatan ibu dan anak serta mengurangi dan mengelola resiko kesehatan. Cakupan K4 di Kabupaten Pidie merupakan cakupan terendah peringkat kempat dari bawah di Provinsi Aceh. Tingginya angka kematian ibu di daerah ini terkait rendahnya kualitas program pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak (KIA), khususnya kegiatan pemeriksaan kehamilan (ANC) K4 dengan Cakupan K4 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga hanya sebesar 55,0%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas ANC dengan Kunjungan K4 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie. Metode Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi berumur 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas yang berjumlah 87 orang. Penelitian dilakukan 9 s/d 14 Agustus 2021 Hasil Penelitian didapatkan Ada hubungan kualitas ANC dengan Kunjungan Kehamilan K4 (Ï value 0.001) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2021. Adanya hubungan kualitas ANC dengan Kunjungan Kehamilan K4 di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2021.
Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) khususnya tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan secara teratur hingga pemeriksaan K4

Background One of the SDGs sustainable development goals proclaimed by the government is to ensure health and welfare for all residents at every stage of life which aims to improve reproductive health and maternal and child health as well as reduce and manage health risks. K4 coverage in Pidie Regency is the lowest coverage ranked fourth from the bottom in Aceh Province. The high maternal mortality rate in this area is related to the low quality of the Maternal and Child Health (KIA) service program, especially K4 pregnancy examination (ANC) activities with K4 coverage in the Glumpang Tiga Community Health Center Working Area of only 55.0%. This study aims to determine the relationship between ANC quality and K4 visits in the Glumpang Tiga Health Center Working Area, Pidie Regency. This research method is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months in the Puskesmas work area, totaling 87 people. The research was conducted from 9 to 14 August 2021. The research results showed that there was a relationship between ANC quality and K4 Pregnancy Visits (Ï value 0.001) in the working area of the Glumpang Tiga Community Health Center, Pidie Regency in 2021. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
