Analisis Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hipertensi pada Pasien di Poliklinik Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh

ABTRACT
Hipertensi menjadi faktor risiko utama kematian dini pada orang dewasa. Hampir setengah dari orang yang hidup dengan hipertensi tidak menyadari kondisi mereka sehingga meningkatkan risiko serangan jantung, stroke, gagal ginjal, dan kerusakan organ tubuh lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor obesitas, tingkat stress, aktifitas fisik dan riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pasien di Poliklinik Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh.
Penelitian bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pasien yang berkunjung pada saat penelitian sebanyak 102, sampel diambil sebanyak 50 orang secara accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Penelitian telah dilakukan tanggal 22 Desember 2023 sampai 12 Januari 2024. Pengolahan data dengan langkah editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel obesitas (p value=0.020), tingkat stres (p value=0,012), aktifitas fisik (p value=0.021), dan riwayat keluarga (p value=0.003). Kesimpulan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas, tingkat stress, aktifitas fisik dan riwayat keluarga pada pasien di Poliklinik Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh. Bagi petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan penanganan yang cepat dan tepat dalam menangani masalah hipertensi dan memberikan edukasi pada pasien yang berkunjung tentang hipertensi.

Hypertension is a major risk factor for premature death in adults. Almost half of people living with hypertension are unaware of their condition, increasing the risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and other organ damage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of obesity, stress levels, physical activity and family history with the incidence of hypertension in patients at the Aceh Police Medical and Health Polyclinic. The study was analytic in nature with a crossectional approach. The population in this study were patients who visited at the time of the study as many as 102, the sample was taken as many as 50 people by accidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire by interview. The research was conducted on December 22, 2023 to January 12, 2024. Data processing with editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, and data analysis in univariate and bivariate. The results of the study obtained obesity variables (p value=0.020), stress levels (p value=0.012), physical activity (p value=0.021), and family history (p value=0.003). Conclusion There is a significant relationship between obesity, stress level, physical activity and family history in patients at the Aceh Police Medical and Health Polyclinic. For health workers to be able to provide fast and appropriate treatment in dealing with hypertension problems and provide education to visiting patients about hypertension.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
