Pengaruh Terapi Hipnosis Lima Jari Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Lansia Yang Mengalami Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rantau Suli

ABSTRACTHipertensi lebih sering terjadi terutama pada lansia dan dapat menimbulkan gangguan psikologis seperti gangguan cemas (ansietas) yang dapat diatasi dengan tindakan nonfarmakologis, salah satunya Teknik Relaksasi Hipnoterapi Lima Jari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hipnotis Lima Jari terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan lansia Hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rantau Suli.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen semu (quasy experiment) rancangan pre-post test with control group. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 -29 Agustus 2023. Populasi penelitian lansia yang menderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rantau Suli Kabupaten Merangin sebanyak 401 responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 30 orang klien kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang klien kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh terapi hipnosis lima jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi pada kelompok intervensi dengan Ï value = 0,000 (Ï<0,05). Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk bisa menerapkan Terapi hipnotis lima jari untuk mengurangi tinggat kecemasan yang dialami oleh lansia dengan hipertensi.

The research aims to determine the effect of Five Finger Hypnosis on the Anxiety Level of hypertensive elderly individuals in the working area of the Rantau Suli Community Health Center. This study employed a quasi-experimental quantitative design with pre-post test with control group. The research was conducted from August 22nd to 29th, 2023. The population consisted of 401 elderly individuals with hypertension in the working area of the Rantau Suli Community Health Center, Merangin Regency. The sample size was 60 respondents, divided into two groups: 30 respondents in the intervention group and 30 respondents in the control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Statistical analysis employed the Wilcoxon test. The research findings indicated that there was an influence of Five Finger Hypnosis therapy on the anxiety level of elderly individuals with hypertension in the intervention group with a Ï value = 0.000 (Ï <0.05). It is hoped that healthcare providers can implement Five Finger Hypnosis Therapy to reduce anxiety levels experienced by elderly individuals with hypertension.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
