Analisis Faktor Risiko Penyebab Kelelahan Kerja Pada Petugas Keamanan di PT Jannata Group Indonesia

Satpam memiliki tugas pokok yaitu menyelenggarakan keamanan dan ketertiban di tempat kerjanya yang meliputi aspek pengamanan fisik, personel, informasi dan pengamanan teknis lainnya. Berdasarkan (ILO) tahun 2019 menunjukkan sekitar 32% pekerja dunia mengalami kelelhan akibat pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh informasi bahwa petugas keamanan yang bekerja pada shift malam lebih mudah kelelahan dibandingkan petugas keamana yang bekerja pada shift pagi. Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas pada saat pagi hari petugas keamanan juga melakukan aktivitas saat di rumah, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Petugas Keamanan Di PT Jannata Group Indonesia Gampong Ulee Tuy Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian deskriptik analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah petugas keamanan berjumlah 55 orang, metode sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan 28 Januari s/d 5 Februari 2023. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat variabel 60% responden mengalami kelelahan kerja, responden yang memiliki waktu kerja 24 jam hanya 3.6%, sebagian besar (74.5%) responden memiliki usia produktif, shift kerja 1 kali 18.2%, 38.2% responden mengalami beban kerja Berat dan 69.1% responden memiliki kuantitas yang tidur cukup. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada variabel independent yang berhubungan dengan variabel dependent (kuantitas tidur = p-value 0,156, CI95%, beban kerja = p-value 0.823, CI95%, waktu kerja = p-value 0,446, shift kerja = p-value 0,621 dan umur = p-value 0,521).

Security guards have the main task of maintaining security and order in their workplace which includes aspects of physical security, personnel, information and other technical security. According to the ILO in 2019, around 32% of world workers experience fatigue due to the work they do. Based on the results of research conducted, information was obtained that security officers who work on the night shift get tired more easily than security officers who work on the morning shift. This is because security officers also carry out activities in the morning at home. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to work fatigue among security officers at PT Jannata Group Indonesia Gampong Ulee Tuy, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency in 2023. Analytical descriptive research method with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study was 55 security officers. The sample consisted of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out from January 28 to February 5 2023. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of univariate analysis of variables, 60% of respondents experienced work fatigue, only 3.6% of respondents had 24 hour work hours, the majority (74.5%) of respondents were of productive age, 18.2% worked 1 shift, 38.2% of respondents experienced heavy workload and 69.1% % of respondents have sufficient quantity of sleep. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there were no independent variables that were related to the dependent variable (sleep quantity = p-value 0.156, CI95%, workload = p-value 0.823, CI95%, working time = p-value 0.446, work shift = p-value 0.621 and age = p-value 0.521).

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
