Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Capaian Kunjungan Balita Keposyandu Di Desa Janggot Seungko Kecamatan Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen

Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya capaian kunjungan balita keposyandu di Desa Janggot Seungko Kecamatan Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan cara total sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang yang diperoleh dengan cara melakukan kunjungan rumah.
Dari hasil uji Chi-square menunjukkan nilai p (0,720) > α (0,05) (tidak ada pengaruh pendidikan dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu), nilai p (0,003) < α (0,05) (ada pengaruh pengetahuan dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu). Nilai p (0,003) < α (0,05) (ada pengaruh sikap dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu). Nilai p (1,000) > α (0,05) (tidak ada pengaruh pekerjaan dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu). Nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05) (ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu). Nilai p (0,011) < α (0,05) ( ada pengaruh motivasi ibu dengan capaian kunjungan balita ke Posyandu).
Diharapkan bagi responden bisa menjadi bahan masukan serta bahan evaluasi tentang cakupan kunjungan balita keposyandu, agar kedepan capaiannya lengkap dan teratur setiap bulannya sehingga meningkatkan derajat kesehatan balita yang optimal.

Posyandu is a Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed and organized by, by, for and with the community in implementing health development to empower the community and obtain basic health services to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality rates. This research aims to look at the factors of the influence the low achievement of visits by toddlers to posyandu in Janggot Seungko Village, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency.
The research design is used analytical research with a cross sectional approach.This research was carried out in January-February 2024. The sampling technique was by total sampling, the total sample was 70 people obtained by conducting home visits.
Based on the results of the Chi-square test shows the p value (0.720) > α (0.05) (there is no influence of education on the achievement of toddler visits to the Posyandu), the p value (0.003) < α (0.05) (there is an influence of knowledge on the achievement of toddler visits to the Posyandu). P value (0.003) < α (0.05) (there is an influence of attitude on the achievement of toddler visits to Posyandu). P value (1,000) > α (0.05) (there is no influence of work on the achievement of toddler visits to Posyandu). N value p (0.000) < α (0.05) (there is an influence of family support on the achievement of visits by toddlers to Posyandu). P value (0.011) < α (0.05) (there is an influence of mother's motivation on the achievement of toddler visits to Posyandu).
It is hoped that the respondents can provide input and evaluation material regarding the scope of visits by toddlers to the posyandu, so that in the future the achievements will be complete and regular every month so as to increase the optimal health status of toddlers.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.
Requests for changes in authorship (order of listing or addition or deletion of names) after submission should be accompanied by signed statements of agreement from all the parties involved. To maintain and protect the publisher‘s ownership and rights and to protect the original authors from misappropriations of their published work, author(s) are required to sign a Journal Publishing Agreement and send it to the editorial office (jhtm@uui.ac.id).
II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
