Hubungan Dukungan Sekolah Dengan Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah Pada Siswi SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2024

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi anemia di negara Asia Tenggara sebesar 46,6% pada wanita usia subur. Temuan penelitian Riskesdas tahun 2018, prevalensi nasional anemia pada perempuan mencapai 23,7% dari seluruh perempuan pada umur 15- 24 tahun, perkiraan, sekitar 32 % remaja, atau kira-kira tiga sampai empat dari setiap sepuluh remaja menderita anemia. Untuk mencapai tujuan menurunkan persentase remaja putri dan wanita usia subur (AS) yang menderita anemia pada tahun 2025, pemerintah Indonesia memprioritaskan pelaksanaan program pemberian tablet tambah darah (TTD) kepada remaja putri dan pasien wanita usia subur (WUS) sebanyak satu tablet per minggu untuk mencegah dan mengobati anemia. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui Hubungan dukungan sekolah dengan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah di SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas 1 dan 2 SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie berjumlah 56 orang. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 29 s/d 31 Januari 2024. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil didapatkan Ada hubungan dukungan sekolah dengan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada siswi di SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2024 dengan Ï value 0.003. Saran: Diharapkan bagi Lembaga pendidikan SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga agar dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam merumuskan kebijakan khususnya mengenai peran sekolah dalam upaya pendampingan siswi dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah sesuai program yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah.

Background The prevalence of anemia in Southeast Asian countries is 46.6% in women of childbearing age. The findings of the 2018 Riskesdas research, the national prevalence of anemia in women reached 23.7% of all women aged 15-24 years. It is estimated that around 32% of teenagers, or approximately three to four out of every ten teenagers suffer from anemia. To achieve the goal of reducing the percentage of adolescent girls and women of childbearing age (AS) who suffer from anemia by 2025, the Indonesian government is prioritizing the implementation of a program to provide blood supplementation tablets (TTD) to adolescent girls and female patients of childbearing age (WUS) at the rate of one tablet per week for prevent and treat anemia. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between school support and compliance with blood supplement tablet consumption at SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga, Pidie Regency. Research Method This research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all 56 students in grades 1 and 2 of SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga, Pidie Regency. The research was conducted from 29 to 31 January 2024. The research results showed that there was a relationship between school support and compliance with the consumption of blood supplement tablets among female students at SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga, Pidie Regency in 2024 with a Ï value of 0.003. It is hoped that the SMP N 1 Glumpang Tiga educational institution can utilize the results of this research as material for consideration in formulating policies, especially regarding the role of schools in assisting female students in consuming blood supplement tablets according to the program that has been established by the government.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
