Background: Dengue Fever (DHF) is a common problem in tropical and sub-tropical regions, one of which Indonesia as a tropical country is an endemic area for various infectious diseases. Based on reports from the Sabang City Regional General Hospital in 2022 DHF was the second largest disease with 196 cases and in 2023 there were 80 cases. When viewed from the data in 2022 and 2023 the number of DHF cases decreased, but the incidence of DHF is still the top 10 diseases in Sabang City Hospital. Research Objective: To determine what factors influence the incidence of DHF in Sabang City Hospital. Research Methods: The research conducted used a crossectional research design with a total sample of 97 people. Data collection was carried out on May 29, 2024 to Juny 29, 2024. Analysis of research data using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test with a 95% CI (Confident Interval) value. Research Results: the results of statistical tests, namely the effect of dengue events on knowledge (p = 0.054), respondent behavior (p = 0.000), and health promotion services (p = 0.003). Conclusion: there is no influence between knowledge on the incidence of DHF and there is an influence between behavior and health promotion services on the incidence of DHF in inpatients at Sabang City Hospital in 2024. It is expected that respondents always behave well in efforts to prevent DHF with 3M Plus PSN activities simultaneously and apply them in their daily activities.
