Background of the Problem: The phenomenon that occurs at the Indra Jaya Community Health Center, Aceh Jaya Regency, namely the use of implant or long-term birth control, is still largely taboo in the eyes of the community. Public understanding is very low compared to the information obtained by the public. The lack of counseling provided by health workers while the influence of other people is greater than the influence of family members themselves indicates that there are problems with education, information media, family support and family income. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between education and information media and the use of contraceptive implants among family planning acceptors at the Indra Jaya Community Health Center. A specific type of retro design research. The research results show that there is a relationship between education and the use of implant contraceptives among family planning acceptors at the Indra Jaya Health Center with (P. Value 0.102). There is a relationship between information media and the use of implant contraceptives among family planning acceptors at the Indra Jaya Health Center with a value (P. Value 0.003).
