IDENTIFIKASI DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS (DRPS) TERHADAP PENGOBATAN PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSUD MEURAX KOTA BANDA ACEH

Latar Belakang : Peningkatan angka kejadian stroke iskemik di berbagai wilayah dapat mengakibatkan timbulnya berbagai komplikasi, seperti kontraksi otot dan kekakuan sendi, pembekuan darah, memar, nyeri di pundak, pneumonia, kelelahan, dan bahkan risiko kematian. jumlah pengidap stroke berdasarkan Surveilans Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) 2022 sebanyak 12.303 jiwa. Angka tersebut meningkat dibandingkan 2021 hanya 11. 210 orang. Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada tahun 2021 terdata jumlah stroke pada laki-laki 123 orang dan pada perempuan 117 orang, dengan jumlah keseluruhan 240 penderita. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kasus Drug Related Problem (DRPs) terhadap pengobatan pasien stroke iskemik di instalasi rawat inap rumah sakit umum daerah (RSUD) Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2024. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 8 mei sampai dengan 31 mei 2024 di RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dengan pengambilan data rekam medik pasien Stroke Iskemik rawat Inap. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat. Hasil Penelitian : Stroke iskemik sebanyak 100%, Drug Related Problem sebanyak 100%, dosis terlalu rendah kategori tepat sebanyak 100%, dosis terlalu tinggi pada kategori tepat sebanyak 100%, obat efektif tidak aman pada kategori tepat sebanyak 100%, kombinasi obat tidak tepat pada kategori tepat sebanyak 100%, interaksi obat pada kategori tepat sebanyak 100%. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Diharapkan dapat berfungsi sebagai materi evaluasi dan pertimbangan bagi tenaga kesehatan dalam mengelola serta mencegah masalah terkait Drug Related Problems (DRPs) pada pasien stroke iskemik, sekaligus meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan secara lebih baik.

Background: The increase in the incidence of ischemic stroke in various regions can result in various complications, such as muscle contractions and joint stiffness, blood clots, bruising, shoulder pain, pneumonia, fatigue, and even the risk of death. The number of stroke sufferers based on the 2022 Non- Communicable Disease (NCD) Surveillance is 12,303 people. This figure has increased compared to 2021, with only 11,210 people. In 2021, Aceh Besar District recorded a total of 123 strokes in men and 117 women, with a total of 240 sufferers. Research Objective: To identify the description of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) cases in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients in the inpatient installation of the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Banda Aceh City in 2024. Research Method: This research is descriptive observational research using secondary data with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 65 people. This research was carried out from 8 May to 31 May 2024 at the Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh City by collecting medical record data from inpatient ischemic stroke patients. The research analysis that will be used in this research is univariate analysis. Research Results: Ischemic stroke as much as 100%, Drug Related Problems as much as 100%, dose too low in the right category as much as 100%, dose too high in the right category as much as 100%, effective drugs are unsafe in the right category as much as 100%, drug combinations are not right in the correct category as much as 100%, drug interactions in the correct category as much as 100%.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
