Dukungan Kader Posbindu Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Lansia Di Wilayah Puskesmas Lambaro Angan Aceh Besar

Lansia berisiko mengalami penyakit kronis yang menyerang dan menyebabkan berbagai masalah serta keluhan masalah kesehatan. Permasalahan tersebut muncul akibat menurunnya kondisi fisik yang rentan diserang oleh penyakit. Salah satu penyakit terbesar didunia yang banyak menyerang lansia yaitu hipertensi. Hipertensi umumnya terjadi pada negara dengan penghasilan rendah dan menengah yaitu hipertensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dukungan kader Posbindu dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di wilayah puskesmas Lambaro Angan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yang di ambil yaitu sebanyak 43 lansia yang menderita hipertensi. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Februari – 29 Maret 2024 dan analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 46,51% lansia mengalami hipertensi. Faktor dukungan kader posbindu yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada lansia yaitu dukungan emosional (p=0,000), dukungan informasional (p=0,023) dan dukungan penghargaan (p=0,001). faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada lansia yaitu dukungan emosional (AOR = 17,28; 95%CI = 2,39 – 124,57; p=0,005).Diharapkan lansia dapat secara rutin dan aktif mengikuti Posbindu untuk memeriksa dan mengobati hipertensi agar tidak semakin parah dan menyebabkan berbagai konsekuensi resiko lainnya serta dapat membahayakan lansia. Kader dapat dapat lebih aktif dan peduli kepada lansia melalui dukungan yang diberikannya sehingga keyakinan dan semangat lansia mengikuti Posbindu lebih aktif.

Elderly people are at risk of experiencing chronic diseases that attack and cause various health problems and complaints. These problems arise due to a decline in physical condition which is vulnerable to attack by disease. One of the biggest diseases in the world that attacks the elderly is hypertension. Hypertension generally occurs in low and middle-income countries, namely hypertension. This research aims to analyze the support of Posbindu cadres with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in the Lambaro Angan health center area. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample taken was 43 elderly people who suffered from hypertension. The research was conducted on February 28 - March 29 2024 and the analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square and logistic regression tests. The research results showed that 46.51% of elderly people had hypertension. Community health worker support factors that are related to hypertension in the elderly are emotional support (p=0.000), informational support (p=0.023), and appreciation support (p=0.001). The most dominant factor associated with hypertension in the elderly is emotional support (AOR = 17.28; 95%CI = 2.39 – 124.57; p=0.005). It is hoped that the elderly can routinely and actively participate in Posbindu to check and treat hypertension so that it doesn't get worse and cause various other risk consequences and can endanger the elderly. Community health worker can be more active and care for the elderly through the support they provide so that the confidence and enthusiasm of the elderly in participating in Posbindu is more active.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
