DETERMINAN RESILIENSI KESEHATAN MENTAL KORBAN BENCANA: ANALISIS PERAN KESIAPSIAGAAN PSIKOSOSIAL DAN PERSEPSI RISIKO KESEHATAN DENGAN KOPING STRES SEBAGAI MEDIATOR

Abtrak Latar Belakang: Korban bencana di wilayah rawan memerlukan tidak hanya kesiapsiagaan struktural tetapi juga kapasitas psikologis yang kuat untuk bertahan dan pulih dari ancaman bencana. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kesiapsiagaan psikososial dan persepsi risiko kesehatan terhadap resiliensi kesehatan mental korban bencana dengan koping stres sebagai mediator di Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapsiagaan psikososial dan persepsi risiko kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi kesehatan mental melalui mediasi koping stres, dengan nilai signifikansi p<0,05. Koping stres merupakan prediktor terkuat dengan koefisien 0,997 dan nilai R² model 0,936. Kesimpulan: Koping stres berperan sebagai mediator yang mentransformasikan kesiapsiagaan psikososial dan persepsi risiko kesehatan menjadi resiliensi kesehatan mental yang lebih kuat pada korban bencana. Saran: Disarankan kepada BPBD dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk mengintegrasikan penguatan psikososial ke dalam program kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan mengembangkan edukasi kesehatan mental, simulasi berkala, dan dukungan psikososial berbasis nilai religius dan budaya lokal. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of psychosocial preparedness and health risk perception on mental health resilience in disaster victims with stress coping as a mediator in Bireuen Regency. Method: This research used a quantitative cross-sectional approach with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: The results showed that psychosocial preparedness and health risk perception significantly influenced mental health resilience through stress coping mediation, with a significance value of p<0.05. Stress coping was the strongest predictor with a coefficient of 0.997 and model R² of 0.936. Conclusion: Stress coping acts as a mediator that transforms psychosocial preparedness and health risk perception into stronger mental health resilience in disaster victims. Recommendation: It is recommended that BPBD and Health Office integrate psychosocial strengthening into disaster preparedness programs by developing mental health education, regular simulations, and psychosocial support based on religious and local cultural values.Downloads

II. PERMISSION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
