IMPLEMENTASI PSIKOLOGI POSITIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN PADA PT MARWAH KESUMA BANGSA

Peranan psikologi positif dalam dunia kerja adalah lebih sebagai pendekatan untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada pada diri setiap orang, agar mereka bisa menemukan makna hidupnya dan bisa membawa manfaat kepada orang lain disekitarnya. Organisasi adalah wadahnya untuk menetapkan sistem, prosedur dan bagaimana cara menerapkan psikologi positif ini di dalam dunia kerja terutama bagi karyawannya. Sedangkan untuk evaluasinya mengukurnya dilihat dari tingkat perkembangan dan keahlian dari karyawan atau pekerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis field research atau penelitian lapangan, adapun sampel yang digunakan pada level supervisor dan staf. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Virtue yang paling dominan disini adalah curiosity, perseverance, justice dan temperance.

The role of positive psychology in the world of work is more of an approach to maximize the potential that exists in each person, so that they can find the meaning of their lives and can bring benefits to others around them. The organization is a place to establish systems, procedures and how to apply this positive psychology in the world of work, especially for its employees. As for the evaluation, measuring it is seen from the level of development and expertise of the employees or workers. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of field research or field research, while the sample is used at the supervisor and staff level. The most dominant research results obtained by Virtue here are curiosity, perseverance, justice and temperance.
