KETERLIBATAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PENINGKATAN UMKM DESA

Peningkatan ekonomi desa dapat dilakukan dengan sumberdaya alam dan sumberdaya manusia yang ada di desa. Proses pembangunan desa dapat dilakukan dari hulu ke hilir, tergantung dengan kapasitas desa tersebut. Yang banyak dilakukan saat ini adalah membentuk UMKM desa, dimana UMKM tersebut lebih banyak keterlibatan perempuan dalam menggolah dan mencari informasi dibandingkan laki-laki. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran perempuan dalam pembangunan UMKM desa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan berperan aktif dalam peningkatan UMKM di desa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya kelompok usaha yang terdiri dari perempuan. Komitmen perempuan dalam partisipasi penguatan SDM dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan bimtek lebih tinggi, keingintahuan permodalan perempuan lebih tinggi, dan kreativitas yang lebih unggul namun dari segi kepemimpinan desa Lam Teungoh laki-laki lebih unggul.

Improving the village economy can be done with natural resources and human resources in the village. The village development process can be carried out from upstream to downstream, depending on the capacity of the village. What is mostly being done at this time is forming village MSMEs, where these MSMEs are more involved in processing and seeking information than men. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in the development of village MSMEs. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that women played an active role in increasing MSMEs in the village. This is indicated by the large number of business groups consisting of women. Women's commitment to participation in strengthening human resources in the form of socialization and technical guidance is higher, women's creativity capital curiosity is higher, and those who are superior to Lam Teungoh village leadership are superior.
