TINJAUAN LITERATUR GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN: TREN TERKINI DALAM MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN

Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan literatur tentang manajemen kepemimpinan, mengidentifikasi temuan kunci, tren penelitian, dan kerangka kerja konseptual dalam konteks organisasi. Dalam era perubahan yang cepat dan kompleksitas yang meningkat, peran kepemimpinan menjadi semakin krusial untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi serta menginspirasi dan mengarahkan tim. Penelitian menyoroti beberapa konsep utama seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, situasional, dan berkelanjutan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen karyawan. Kepemimpinan yang adaptable juga penting untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis. Budaya organisasi yang sehat dan pemahaman terhadap pengaruhnya terhadap praktik kepemimpinan adalah faktor penting lainnya. Kerangka kerja konseptual yang komprehensif membantu dalam memahami berbagai dimensi kepemimpinan dan faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhinya. Dengan wawasan ini, pemimpin dan praktisi manajemen dapat memperbaiki praktik kepemimpinan mereka, meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, dan mencapai tujuan strategis secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

This research conducts a literature review on leadership management, identifying key findings, research trends, and conceptual frameworks in the organizational context. In an era of rapid change and increasing complexity, the role of leadership has become increasingly crucial to achieving organizational goals and inspiring and directing teams. The research highlights several key concepts such as transformational, situational, and sustainable leadership. The main findings show that effective leadership has a positive impact on organizational performance, job satisfaction and employee commitment. Adaptable leadership is also important to face dynamic environmental changes. A healthy organizational culture and understanding its influence on leadership practices is another important factor. A comprehensive conceptual framework helps in understanding the various dimensions of leadership and the contextual factors that influence them. With these insights, leaders and management practitioners can improve their leadership practices, improve organizational performance, and achieve strategic goals more effectively and sustainably.
