PENGELOLAAN KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PUBLIK (KIP) PADA SEKRETARIAT DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT KOTA BANDA ACEH

Abstrak

Keterbukaan Informasi Publik meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam melakukan proses pengawasan terhadap kinerja Badan Publik, salah satunya adalah Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kota Banda Aceh menyampaikan informasi kepada publik melalui media yang dikelola. Informasi persidangan dan rapat-rapat yang nantinya hasil tersebut dapat di informasikan kepada masyarakat. Komunikasi antara implementor dengan publik dalam menyebarluaskan informasi belum terpenuhi dengan baik. Kurangnya sumber daya anggaran yang membuat petugas belum bisa melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menunjang keterbukaan informasi publik.

Public Information Disclosure increases the role of the community in carrying out the process of monitoring the performance of Public Bodies, one of which is the Secretariat of the Banda Aceh City House of Representatives. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the Secretariat of the Banda Aceh City Council of Representatives conveys information to the public through managed media. Information and meetings which later the results can be informed to the public. Communication between the implementor and the public in disseminating information has not been fulfilled properly. Lack of budgetary resources prevents officers from carrying out activities that can help carry out public information.
