PERSEPSI DAN SIKAP PELAJAR TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENGGUNAKAN JASA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR BIMAFIKA DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

Pemilihan bimbingan belajar Bimafika oleh pelajar di awali dengan terbentuknya seperangkat motif, persepsi dan berujung pada sikap. Ketika adanya rangsangan (motif) untuk mencapai keberhasilan/karier pendidikannya, pelajar akan terdorong untuk mencari dan menggunakan bimbingan belajar. Persepsi membantu konsumen dalam memilih, mengatur dan menginterprestasikan kondisi yang diinginkan sehingga munculnya bimbingan belajar Bimafika dalam perangkat keputusannya. Sampai sejauh mana para pelajar akan bertindak menggunakan lembaga pendidikan Bimafika ditentukan oleh sikap mereka, Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, perspektif dan pengaruh sikap pelajar terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa bimbingan belajar Bimafika di Kota Banda Aceh Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, pengolahan, dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebegai berikut: Berdasarkan uji secara serempak variabel Motivasi, Persepsi dan Sikap berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa bimbingan belajar Bimafika di Kota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan uji secara parsial variabel Motivasi, Persepsi dan Sikap mempengaruhi keputusan menggunakan jasa bimbingan belajar Bimafika di Kota Banda Aceh. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan menggunakan jasa bimbingan belajar Bimafika di Kota Banda Aceh yaitu Sikap.

The choice of Bimafika tutoring by students begins with the formation of a set of motives, perceptions and ends in attitudes. When there is a stimulus (motive) to achieve success/educational career, students will be encouraged to seek and use tutoring. Perception helps consumers choose, organize and interpret the desired conditions so that Bimafika tutoring appears in their decision tools. To what extent students will act using Bimafika educational institutions is determined by their attitudes. Research objectives: To determine the influence of motivation, perspective and the influence of students' attitudes on the decision to use Bimafika tutoring services in Banda Aceh City. Research results: Based on the results of testing, processing and data analysis that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: Based on simultaneous tests, the variables Motivation, Perception and Attitude have a real influence on the decision to use Bimafika tutoring services in Banda Aceh City. Based on a partial test, the variables Motivation, Perception and Attitude influence the decision to use Bimafika tutoring services in Banda Aceh City. From the research results, it was found that the variable that most dominantly influences the decision to use Bimafika tutoring services in Banda Aceh City is attitude.
