STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KESADARAN PELAKU UMKM TERHADAP KRISIS GLOBAL: MENUJU KETAHANAN DAN TRANSFORMASI USAHA BERKELANJUTAN (STUDI PADA UMKM KECAMATAN SIMPANG TIGA KABUPATEN PIDIE)

Krisis global seperti pandemi, konflik geopolitik, dan ketidakstabilan ekonomi dunia memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kelangsungan usaha UMKM, termasuk di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap krisis global, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan kesadaran yang dapat mendorong ketahanan dan transformasi usaha secara berkelanjutan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih memiliki kesadaran terbatas terhadap dinamika krisis global dan dampaknya terhadap usaha mereka. Faktor penghambat utama meliputi rendahnya literasi informasi, keterbatasan akses digital, serta lemahnya dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan kesadaran melalui edukasi berbasis lokal, pendampingan adaptif, dan integrasi digital secara bertahap. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kapasitas UMKM untuk lebih resilien dan responsif terhadap tantangan global masa kini dan masa depan.
