IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH DALAM MENANGGULANGI KENAKALAN REMAJA DI SMP NEGERI 10 BANDA ACEH

Peran sekolah sangat penting dalam melakukan pencegahan kenakalan remaja dengan adanya kondisi tersebut sekolah menerapkan kebijakan dan program-program dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Karena pada hakekatnya ingin memahami dan mengungkapkan secara mendalam atau menurut bahasa peneliti yaitu mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan sekolah tersebut dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa empat faktor atau variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan atau kegagalan implementasi kebijakan yakni, komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap, dan struktur birokrasi. Dengan menggabungkan semua faktor ini, sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan kenakalan remaja dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih positif dan aman bagi siswa. kebijakan penanggulangan kenakalan remaja disekolah memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, orang tua, masyarakat, dan organisasi terkait.

Schools' role is very important in preventing juvenile delinquency with the existence of these conditions, schools implement policies and programs in tackling juvenile delinquency. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Because in essence it wants to understand and reveal in depth or according to the language of the researcher, namely describing the implementation of the school policy in tackling juvenile delinquency. The results showed that four factors or variables influence the success or failure of policy implementation, namely, communication, resources, attitudes, and bureaucratic structure. Combining all these factors, schools can increase the likelihood of successful implementation of juvenile delinquency prevention policies and create a more positive and safe environment for students. Juvenile delinquency prevention policies in schools require support from various parties, including the government, parents, communities, and related organizations.
