PENERAPAN PSIKOLOGI POSITIF SEBAGAI STRATEGI MENGATASI STRES KERJA BAGI KARYAWAN

Saat ini masih banyak industri yang baru mulai beradaptasi dengan industri 4.0, sementara itu wacana mengenai revolusi industri 5.0 sudah mulai berjalan. Revolusi industri 5.0 diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi industri, pelanggan, pekerja dan masyarakat pada umumnya, seperti meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas, dan keamanan produksi, serta menciptakan peluang kerja baru dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan yang negatif. Dengan menerapkan teknologi canggih dan proses produksi yang lebih efisien, karyawan yang ada juga dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan keahlian mereka dan pemikiran strategis untuk tingkatkan performa.Stres adalah reaksi fisik dan emosional yang muncul ketika seseorang menghadapi tekanan, ancaman, atau situasi baru. Stres merupakan bagian alami dari kehidupan, namun jika berlebihan dan berlangsung lama dapat merusak kesehatan. Psikologi positif fokus pada kekuatan dan sumber daya individu dari pada masalah dan ketidaksempurnaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan psikologi positif sebagai strategi mengatasi stres kerja bagi karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis field research atau penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Virtue yang paling dominan disini adalah curiosity, perseverance, justice dan temperance. Â

Currently, there are still many industries that are just starting to adapt to industry 4.0, while the discourse about the industrial revolution 5.0 has begun to run.The industrial revolution 5.0 is expected to provide many benefits for the industry, customers, workers and society in general, such as increasing productivity, quality, and production safety, as well as creating new job opportunities and reducing negative environmental impacts. By implementing advanced technology and more efficient production processes, existing employees are also required to continuously improve their skills and strategic thinking to improve performance. Stress is a physical and emotional reaction that arises when a person encounters new pressure, threats, or situations. Stress is a natural part of life, but if it is excessive and lasts for a long time, it can damage health. Positive psychology focuses on individual strengths and resources rather than problems and imperfections. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the application of positive psychology as a strategy to overcome work stress for employees. The method used is a qualitative method with the type of field research or field research. The results of the research obtained by Virtue are the most dominant here are curiosity, perseverance, justice and temperance.
