Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Anggaran  pendapatan  dan  belanja  desa  (APBDesa)  merupakan  suatu rencana keuangan tahunan desa yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan desa yang mengandung prakiraan sumber pendapatan dan belanja untuk mendukung kebutuhan program pembangunan desa yang bersangkutan. Program pemerintah pada dasarnya memiliki tujuan yang jelas dan memiliki dampak yang baik bagi kesejahteraan   masyarakat   desa.   Tujuan   dari   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis berupa regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini dengan pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa memiliki nilai t sebesar 0,721 dan 0,727 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. sedangkan pengujian secara simultan (Uji F) hasil pengujian Fhitung  sebesar 14.37 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 juga menunjukkan bahwa anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.
