PERANCANGAN TAMAN WISATA KULINER PEUNAYONG KOTA BANDA ACEH
Abstract
Kawasan Pasar ikan di kampung Peunayong Kota Banda Aceh menjadi perhatian Pemerintah terhadap kondisinya yang kumuh, padat dan sangat  sulit untuk ditata kembali. Pemerintah telah merencanakan untuk mengubah kawasan Pasar ikan tersebut menjadi kawasan Wisata kuliner, hal ini dikarenakan potensi pengembangan wisata Kuliner sangat besar terutama pada kawasan Pasar ikan Peunayong. Maka diperlukan sebuah perancangan Taman wisata kuliner di Peunayong. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode desktriptif melalui Studi literatur, Studi preseden, dan Studi lapangan dengan melakukan survey langsung ke lapangan untuk mengamati dan menganalisis lingkungan sekitar tapak. Perancangan menggunakan konsep Arsitektur Tropis yang diterapkan pada pengaturan dan tata ruang luar maupun dalam bangunan serta material pada bangunan sehingga menghasilkan rancangan yang mampu menyesuaikan kondisi iklim dan mengubah     lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih baik.

The fish market area in Peunayong village, Banda Aceh City, is of concern to the Government due to its rundown, crowded condition and very difficult to reorganize. The government has planned to turn the fish market area into a culinary tourism area, this is because the potential for developing culinary tourism is very large, especially in the Peunayong fish market area. So we need a design of a culinary tourism park in Peunayong. The method used is a descriptive method through literature studies, precedent studies, and field studies by conducting direct surveys to the field to observe and analyze the environment around the site. The design uses the concept of Tropical Architecture which is applied to the arrangement and layout of outside and inside buildings and materials in buildings so as to produce designs that are able to adapt to climatic conditions and change the surrounding environment for the better.
