SOSIALISASI PUSAT REHABILITASI KANKER DENGAN KONSEP HEALING ENVIRONMENT BERBASIS EKO- MEDIKAL DI GAMPONG MULIA
Abstrak
Kanker merupakan penyakit yang mematikan yang tidak hanya berdampak kondisi fisik penderitanya namun juga berdampak bagi psikologis penderita kanker. Jumlah penderita kanker di Indonesia kian meningkat setiap tahunnya, sehingga dibutuhkan fasilitas yang bersifat rehabilitatif untuk menanggulangi penyakit kanker yang dapat membantu proses peyembuhan dengan pendekatan psikologis  penderita  kanker.  Suasana  dan lingkungan  merupakan  salah  satu elemen  yang dapat membantu  proses penyembuhan. Lingkungan  yang sehat dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan manusia di dalamnya. Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep healing environment berbasis eko- medikal pada bangunan pusat rehabilitasi kanker. Pusat rehabilitasi kanker ini akan berpedoman  pada  konsep  healing  environment  yang  akan  dijadikan  kriteria desain, sehingga dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan yang ideal bagi fasilitas kesehatan. Metode yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap fakta dan fenomena yang ada dan menggambarkan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Penerapan konsep  healing environment pada bangunan pusat rehabilitasi kanker dapat dicapai melalui beberapa kriteria seperti pemisahan zona di dalam tapak maupun ruang, akses view ke ruang luar, elemen-elemen alam yang dapat membantu menyegarkan pikiran, kenyamanan dan keamanan ruang, kemudahan identifikasi sirkulasi, serta  elemen  interior yang mempengaruhi   psikologis   penderita   kanker. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita kanker.
