Abstrak
The increase in population in urban areas has resulted in an increasing need for urban facilities and infrastructure, especially housing needs. Given the very limited provision of housing in urban areas, the problem of meeting housing needs is still difficult to solve, especially for low-income people. On the other hand, the demand for housing in urban areas has always been increasing rapidly.
Housing is a group of houses that function as a residential or residential environment equipped with environmental facilities and infrastructure (Law No.4 of 1992). Therefore, housing is an important element in the development of an area. Referring to the importance of the housing function in planning an area, efforts are needed to be able to understand the problems and potentials contained in a residential group. Not only that, there needs to be identification and analysis that is related and becomes a valuable input for planning an area. Therefore we need an exercise and simulation that is oriented to the real conditions of the field regarding the condition and quality of a group of occupancy.
