PENERAPAN SEKOLAH BERBUDAYA LINGKUNGAN MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN EKOLOGIS KEPALA SEKOLAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan sekolah berbudaya lingkungan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memiliki kepedulian lingkungan terhadap penyelamatan dan pelestarian fungsi lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan serangkaian reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dampak kepemimpinan ekologis kepala sekolah dalam pembentukan sekolah berbudaya lingkungan adalah terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan, pola hidup bersih dan sehat, lingkungan sekolah yang ekologis, dan prestasi sekolah di bidang lingkungan

This Research Aims To Explain The Implementation Of Environmentally Cultured Schools Through The Leadership Of School Principals Who Are Environmentally Conscious About Saving And Preserving Environmental Functions. This Research Uses A Qualitative Approach With A Case Study Type. Data Collection Uses Interview, Observation And Documentation Methods. Data Analysis Was Carried Out Using A Series Of Data Reduction, Data Presentation And Drawing Conclusions. The Results Of The Research Show That The Impact Of The Principal's Ecological Leadership In Establishing An Environmentally Cultured School Is The Formation Of An Attitude Of Caring For The Environment, A Clean And Healthy Lifestyle, An Ecological School Environment, And School Achievement In The Environmental Sector.

Publication decisions
