Evaluasi Pasca Diklat Barang Milik Negara (BMN) pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Aceh Tahun 2018

Evaluasi pasca pelaksanaan diklat bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui dan menilai sejauh mana manfaat suatu program diklat yang sudah diselenggarakan. Manfaat pelaksanaan diklat ini dinilai pada 3 (tiga) aspek kompetensi dari lulusan diklat yang diharapkan, yaitu: (1) aspek penambahan pengetahuan dan wawasan; (2) aspek peningkatan keterampilan; dan (3) aspek perbaikan sikap perilaku. Penilaian dilakukan kepada alumni diklat teknis pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) yang sudah melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan mereka di kantornya masing-masing selesai diklat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh alumni BMN tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrument penelitian dan melakukan FGD untuk mengetahui kualitas Pelaksanaan diklat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kompetensi aparatur meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan, keterampilan dan perbaikan sikap perilaku kerja serta peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan BMN. Pelaksanaan program diklat memperlihatkan efektifitas yang cukup tinggi, dimana adanya manfaat bagi individu peserta/alumni diklat, bagi unit kerja maupun bagi organisasi tempatnya bekerja.

Publication decisions
