PRAKTIK INVESTASI MANAJEMEN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN INFRASTRUKTUR PENDIDIKAN: SEBUAH STUDI KASUS

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik investasi manajemen dalam pengembangan infrastruktur pendidikan pada lembaga pendidikan. Infrastruktur pendidikan merupakan faktor penting yang mendukung kualitas proses pembelajaran serta efektivitas layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana praktik investasi manajemen dilakukan dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan lembaga pendidikan, pengelola sarana dan prasarana, serta pihak yang terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, dilengkapi dengan observasi dan analisis dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik investasi manajemen dalam pengembangan infrastruktur pendidikan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan fasilitas pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber pendanaan, proses pengambilan keputusan investasi, implementasi pembangunan atau pengadaan fasilitas pendidikan, serta evaluasi pemanfaatan infrastruktur. Praktik investasi yang direncanakan secara sistematis dan melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas infrastruktur pendidikan serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif bagi peserta didik. Ethical Guideline for Journal Publication

Publication decisions
