MANAJEMEN SDM BERBASIS KOMPETENSI DAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Transformasi pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta asesmen autentik yang memerlukan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional yang lebih tinggi dari guru. Dalam konteks ini, manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi dipandang sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk menyelaraskan kompetensi guru dengan tuntutan kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi melalui pemetaan kompetensi guru, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, supervisi akademik reflektif, dan evaluasi kinerja berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terstruktur dapat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat sekolah. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the authors, the journal editors, the peer reviewers, the publisher and the society.

Publication decisions
The editors of the journals are responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.
