MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPA 2 DENGAN METODE TAI MATERI FLUIDA STATIK

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Jaya dari bulan Januari sampai Maret 2021 untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 2 melalui penggunaan Metode TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) pada Materi Fluida Statik. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Jaya tahun pelajaran 2020/ 2021 sebanyak 25 siswa dan terdiri atas 2 siklus. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan kondisi awal dengan hasil yang dicapai setiap siklus, dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif hasil observasi dengan membandingkan hasil observasi siklus I dan siklus II. Melalui penggunaan Metode TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) pada Materi Fluida Statik bagi siswa kelas XI IPA 2 diperoleh hasil tes pada siklus I dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 56 % , nilai rerata kelas sebesar 70,8 dan  meningkat pada hasil tes siklus II sebesar 88 % dengan nilai rerata kelas 89,2. Pada kedua siklus ini terjadi perubahan aktifitas dan perolehan nilai yang signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan pra siklus dengan ketuntasan belajar yang hanya mencapai 28 % dan nilai rerata kelas 61,7. Melalui Penggunaan Metode TAI dapat meningkatkan  hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 2  pada materi Fluida Statik (Hukum Archimedes) dan siswa menjadi lebih aktif.

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Jaya from January to March 2021 to improve the learning outcomes of class XI IPA 2 students through the use of the TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) Method on Static Fluids. The research subjects were 25 students of class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Jaya for the academic year 2020/2021 and consisted of 2 cycles. Data analysis used a comparative descriptive analysis technique by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle, and qualitative descriptive analysis of the observations by comparing the results of the first cycle and second cycle observations. Through the use of the TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) Method on Static Fluids for class XI IPA 2 students, the test results in the first cycle were obtained with a completeness percentage of 56%, the class average value of 70.8 and increased in the second cycle test results of 88% with the average grade of 89.2. In these two cycles there was a significant change in activity and grades when compared to the pre-cycle with learning completeness which only reached 28% and the class average was 61.7. Through the use of the TAI method, it can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 2 on Static Fluids (Archimedes' Law) and students become more active.
