PENTINGNYA PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA DAN KETELADANAN GURU DI ERA DIGITAL

Pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi siswa-siswi terutama bagi siswa pada sekolah Ibtidaiyah, hal ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan keteladanan guru dalam mendidik siswa, Pendidikan karakter siswa bermula dari tingkah laku siswa dalam kesehariannya baik itu disekolah maupun dalam lingkungan masyarakat dan keluarga, asal muasal pendidikan karakter ini terbentuk dari pribadi siswa yang selalu bertingkah sesuai dengan Syariah. Siswa yang memiliki karakter yang baik senantiasa tercerminkan dari keteladanan guru yang baik juga. Pada era digital ini penggunaan teknologi secara baik menjadikan kunci utama dalam nilai karakter peserta didik yaitu memiliki moral dan imu pengetahuan yang baik akan tetapi apabila pemanfaatan teknologi secara tidak benar akan menurunnya moral peserta didik dan bahkan terjadinya karakter yang menyimpang terhadap peserta didik dengan penggunaan teknologi dan internet, sehingga perlunya pengawasan oleh guru maupun orang tua yang menjadi peran utama dalam mendidik karakter anak. Dengan demikian Pendidikan karakter dan keteladanan guru sangatlah penting diperhatikan di era digital sekarang ini.

THE IMPORTANCE OF STUDENT CHARACTER EDUCATION AND TEACHERS'
Character education is very important for students, especially for students at Ibtidaiyah schools, this is very closely related to the example of teachers in educating students, Student character education begins with the student's behavior in their daily lives, both at school and in the community and family environment. The origins of this character education are formed from the student's personality who always acts in accordance with Syariah. Student who have good character are always reflected in the
example of good teacher as well. In this digital era, the good use of technology is the main key to the character value of students, namely having good morals and knowledge, but if the use of technology is incorrect, the morale of students will decrease and even the character of students will be distorted by the use of technology and Internet, so there is a need for supervision by teachers and parents who play the main role in educating children's character, Therefore character education and teacher example are very important to pay attention to in today's digital era.

Publication decisions
